Refund policy

Every ReelCute badge reel is made to order just for you. Here is exactly how our policy works.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once your order has shipped and tracking has been issued, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a quality issue, is missing a component, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it. We reply within 24 hours.

Returns

Because each piece is made to order and worn on medical badges, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after shipment. If something is wrong with your order, we will always take care of it as described above.
