Refund policy

Every ReelCute badge reel is handmade to order, just for you. Because of that, our policy works a little differently than a typical store — here is exactly how it works.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing it — no questions asked. After 48 hours, your order enters our small-batch production queue and can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a quality issue, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Returns
Because each piece is made to order and worn on medical badges, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If something is wrong with your order, we will always take care of it — see above.

Lost packages
Every order ships with tracking. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
