Shipping policy

Every ReelCute order is prepared in small batches — nothing sits in a warehouse. Here is what to expect after you order.

Timeline

• Order confirmation: You will receive an email right away.
• Production and packing: We prepare your made-to-order reel or DIY kit within 5–8 business days.
• Shipping: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Every ReelCute order ships within 5–8 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within about 15 business days from purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Every order includes tracking.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email us within 48 hours of ordering and we will update it. After the order ships, we cannot redirect the package.

Delays
