Shipping policy

Every ReelCute reel is handmade to order in small batches — nothing sits in a warehouse. Here is what to expect after you order.

Timeline

• Order confirmation — you will receive an email right away.
• Production — we hand-assemble your reel in our next small batch.
• Shipping — once your order ships, you will get a tracking number by email.

Please allow 3–4 weeks total from the day you order to the day it arrives. Kawaii takes time — every piece is made just for you.

Where we ship We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Every order includes tracking.

Address changes Need to change your shipping address? Email us within 48 hours of ordering and we will update it. After your order ships, we cannot redirect packages.
