Is this a DIY kit or ready-made?

Both! Our star is the DIY Decoden Kit — everything you need to make your own whipped-cream badge reel at home (no experience needed; if you can frost a cupcake, you can make this 🧁). Prefer we make it for you? Choose Ready-to-Wear and we'll hand-pipe it to order.

How long will my order take?

We're in Early Access — our very first drop — so orders take a little longer than they will down the road. Once your order is placed, please allow about 3–4 weeks to reach you. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

What do Early Access members get?

First-drop pricing, a say in which designs we make next, and a little bonus with your first order. 💕

Can I personalize my reel?

Yes! DIY kits come with a full A–Z letter set so you can spell your name or credential (RN, LPN, CNA, RT…), and you can add extra letter packs or cream colors. Ready-to-Wear lets you add your name or role for free.
