Refund Policy

Whether you chose a DIY Kit or a Ready-to-Wear reel, here's exactly how returns and cancellations work:

Cancellations — full refund before it ships
Changed your mind? No problem. You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund — just email support@reelcuteshop.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it's on its way and can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged, defective, wrong, or missing pieces
If your kit or reel arrives damaged, has a quality issue, isn't what you ordered, or is missing pieces, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a free replacement, the missing pieces, or a full refund — your choice.

Returns (change of mind)
Because DIY kits are craft supplies and Ready-to-Wear reels are made to order and worn on personal badges, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an item has shipped. If anything's wrong with your order, though, we'll always take care of it (see above).
