Shipping Policy

Here's what to expect after you order — for both DIY kits and Ready-to-Wear reels.

Processing & delivery time
We're currently in Early Access — our very first drop! — so orders take a little longer than they will down the road. Please allow about 3–4 weeks from order to delivery. That window covers preparing your kit (or hand-making your reel) and getting it to you. Every order is put together with care, and we'll email you if anything runs long.

Timeline

• Order confirmation — you'll get an email right away.
• Prep / make — we pack your DIY kit, or hand-pipe your Ready-to-Wear reel.
• Shipping — once it ships, you'll get a tracking number by email.

Where we ship
We currently ship to all U.S. states, with tracking on every order.

Address changes
Need to change your address? Email us within 48 hours of ordering and we'll update it. Once your order ships, we can't redirect packages.
