This hand-piped decoden badge reel features a large translucent pink-and-blue butterfly, glossy RN letters, miniature butterflies and roses, pearls, faceted crystals, and a four-bead crystal-filled stack. The butterfly lights up in vivid blue and violet tones after dark for a striking shift-ready finish.

Letters & add-ons. The photographed design spells RN. The DIY Kit includes a full set of macaron large letters (A–Z, 26 letters), so you can spell a name, role, or short word. Prefer a different style? Add a Metal Letter Set in Add-ons.
